Our concept: We share
Sharing Success means that we share our resources and expertise with you. At our locations in the USA, India and China, everything is available for your new subsidiary, from management and infrastructure to meeting rooms, production areas and forklift trucks. Our successful concept of shared resources minimizes your market entry risk enormously. You benefit from our country experience as well as our team’s many years of operational management experience in the respective foreign markets. You can also start on small rental spaces and experience a European corporate community under one roof. In order to avoid conflicts of interest and maintain confidentiality in our concept of shared resources, we do not include companies that are in competition with each other under our umbrella. We make your start abroad predictable in terms of costs and time and keep your investment lean!

Our unique management service package includes all functions for managing your foreign subsidiary under the Startup Factory umbrella. Supported by our country teams and our business process landscape with over 600 forms and documents, one of our partners will take over and and oversee the commercial and organizational management from the moment of foundation:

Our customers: We know
Since 2011, we have built more than 70 companies in the Startup Factories with a total investment of over 100 million Euros. Our Startup Factory customer family represents the broad spectrum of high-class mainly German medium-sized companies across the sectors of mechanical engineering and equipment manufacturing, automotive suppliers, tools and components, measurement technology, environmental technology, electronics, automation and medical technology.
Our medium-sized customers have already created 1,000 new jobs in foreign markets. We currently manage approximately 400 employees. In China, more than 10 companies have already outgrown our Startup Factory concept after a successfully establishing themselves and are now independent with their own management and up to 100 employees.
